Great article with a lot of great wisdom. Well done Tim! I live in a city with an extremely high priced real estate market. Tried really hard to get in over the last year and a half but ultimately was priced out. Looking back this was probably a blessing in disguise as all my money would have been tied up in a single investment, making me more susceptible to downturns in the economy.
